We are pleased to launch our new series on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) in Financial Services with this introductory video, anticipating and discussing the forthcoming publication of the joint D&I Consultation Paper by the Bank of England, Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. The regulators have set their sights firmly on D&I as a fundamental aspect of good culture. In this first episode introducing our series, Sophie White, Claire Carroll and Simon Collins revisit the key points of the D&I Discussion Paper from July 2021, and what to look out for when the Consultation Paper is published.
