PROPcast Episode 4 - The Building Safety Act 2022: two years and two dozen sets of further regulations later - where are we now?
The Building Safety Act 2022 brought with it a tide of new regulations and legal requirements for owners and occupiers of properties with a residential element. The vast majority of the Act is now in full force and effect in England and there are obligations for all occupiers of tall mixed use buildings – even those with purely commercial premises in such properties.
